Essential Qualifications
- Mortgage license to originate loans in Florida (NMLS)
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding mortgages and lending practices
- Precision in handling paperwork and financial data to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in loan processing
- Ability to build relationships with clients and real estate professionals, effectively marketing mortgage products
- Commitment to providing excellent service and supporting clients throughout the loan process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex mortgage terms and processes
- Familiarity with mortgage software (e.g., Encompass), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience with running and reading desktop underwriting (DU)
- Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a similar role
- Strong relationships with realtors/builders
